McCoy in Barcelona

The McCoy in Barcelona program offers students the opportunity to study international business in an international setting, but also allows students to get a feel for several cultures in beautiful Spain. The program consists of business, historical, and cultural visits. Students will meet local students on the local campus. Also, they will meet local folks during pre-arranged meetings and in business visits.

Tentative Excursions: Winery, Brewery, Seat Car Factory, Port Authority, Sagrada Familia, Mount Mojenic, and Office Visits.

• BA 4300 — Independent Study in Global Business
• CIS 3380 — Enterprise Information Technology & Business Intelligence

• MGT 4330 — Operations Management
• MKT 4310 — International Marketing
• MGT4335 — Strategic Management and Business Policy
• MKT 4392 — Sales Internship

The program fee includes:

• Tuition and fees for 6 credit hours 
• Study Abroad Application Fee ($200, non-refundable)
• Program fee pre-payment ($300, non-refundable)
• Lodging & local transportation
• Scheduled visits and excursions
• International health insurance and emergency assistance

Program fee does not include:

International flights, optional excursions, airport transfers, passport application fees, textbooks, or meals. Students may fly their choice of airline, although itinerary recommendations will be provided.
