Joshua Silva explores the financial side of launching a tech venture, helping founders move beyond the excitement of product development to create a sustainable business model.
Participants will learn how to evaluate common revenue models, including subscriptions (SaaS), licensing, marketplaces, transaction fees, freemium, and enterprise sales, while understanding the advantages and challenges of each. The workshop also breaks down the fundamentals of cash flow, including burn rate, runway, pricing strategy, and forecasting, so founders can make informed decisions before financial challenges arise.
