Expand Your Network

We welcome and invite business professionals to sign up as mentors and current McCoy College graduate students to sign up as mentees.

Program Summary

Offered in the spring and fall semesters, the aim of the Graduate Student Mentorship Program is for students to gain firsthand professional experience in a unique setting. We would like students to further advance in soft skills including email etiquette, productive interpersonal communication and networking, professional decorum, and cultural nuances like values, visions, and goals.

Time Commitment

Three 15-30-minute virtual or in-person meetings on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, February 7, 2024
  • Wednesday, March 6, 2024
  • Wednesday, April 3, 2024
Thibault Gehin

The mentorship program has helped me ask questions, think differently, and learn from someone else’s experience to fast-track my success. My meetings with my mentor were a safe space for personal growth.
