ACCELERATE YOUR CAREER

“Great experience, would recommend to anyone who needs to feel more confident towards pursuing a career” - Marketing Senior

Program Overview

The Texas State Career Accelerator is a for-credit program where students will have the opportunity to complete hands-on projects for leading companies. This will run as an independent study course through McCoy College, though students from across the University are able to participate as well.

Choose from one of five experiences: digital marketing, coding for data, data analytics, building with AI, or career rotation - where you'll discover fields you actually enjoy by doing real work. No matter the path, you'll learn the in-demand skills you need to succeed with your Texas State degree.

Each experience in the Texas State Global Career Accelerator is three credits and gives you the opportunity to enhance your resume with real-world experience and certifications in today's most sought-after digital skills.
