Step outside the classroom and into an energizing experience designed to sharpen your leadership and collaboration skills! Join fellow business graduate students for a dynamic low ropes team-building activity that challenges you to think strategically, communicate effectively, and build trust. 

It’s a fun, low-stakes way to forge stronger connections, stretch your comfort zone, and gain valuable insights into teamwork.

Lunch will be provided by Jimmy John's.

Registration is required and closes Tuesday, May 19.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To meet security requirements, legal ID will be required to attend this event. All registrants must download, sign/complete and submit, in advance, required paperwork by the registration deadline. 

What to Bring

  • Water bottle (bust out that Nalgene, we suggest 1-2 liters per person)
  • Sunglasses, hat, hand sanitizer, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray
  • Prescription medications (allergy medicine, inhalers, etc.)
  • Note: Alcohol and tobacco products are not permitted during team-building activities.

What to Wear

  • Athleisure clothing that you don't mind getting dirty
  • Loose fitting t-shirts/tank tops and long pants or leggings are ideal
  • Athletic Shoes: Closed-toe sneakers or lightweight boots
  • Note: No sandals, Crocs, flip flops, Chacos, or other open-toed shoes.

What to Expect

  • Restroom facilities and water fill-ups provided
  • Jimmy John's provided for lunch
  • Most activities will take place outdoors, in open fields or around trees. Therfore, you may encounter strong sun, shade, wind, or rain. If there is a change in location all registered participants will be emailed with alternate plans.
  • Collaborative, problem solving activities require the group to work together with some physical effort to find a solution.
  • You will not be required to participate in any activity you don't wish to
     

University Camp

University Camp is a gorgeous 126-acre property with hiking trails, swimming, and biking along the Blanco River in Wimberley. Only thirty minutes from campus, University Camp is a rare treat.
