These centers provide support and focus to ensure students receive a well-rounded education.
Student Success Center

The Student Success was designed with students in mind to give them the right tools to succeed at McCoy. They offer mentor services, leadership development, and career engagement, which includes mock interviews, resume reviews, internship assistance, and company visits. They also provide the McCoy Ready program which provides students with skills-based activities to become excellent candidates for employers.
Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) provides students a unique opportunity to dive into an entrepreneurial space with plenty of hands-on guidance and support. The CIE hosts workshops, guest speakers, and gives grants so students can test out new ideas in the real world. They also partner with Student-Made to provide on online marketplace for entrepreneurs across campus to sell their wares to a broad audience.

Award Best Sales Program worldwide by the University Sales Center Alliance, the Center for Professional Sales develops sales experts through competitions, hands-on learning experiences, and strong industry partnerships. They aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry by fostering meaningful collaboration between students, faculty, and corporate partners. Their superb record in various competitions speaks for itself and they a proud member of the University Sales Center Alliance (USCA), the premier hub for sales education and research in the academic world.
Center for Banking and Financial Services
The Center for Banking and Financial Services (CBFS) introduced four new courses to McCoy and has partnered with seven banks. The program offers important insights into the commercial banking industry. The hands-on courses ensure students are well prepared for a career in banking. The CBFS also coordinates guest lecturers, industry field trips, internship opportunities, and advice from a local FinTech partner.
Center for Family Enterprise
The new Center for Family Enterprise aims to be a leader in researching, educating, and supporting family enterprises (a business or businesses owned and managed by multiple family members across generations). The Center for Family Enterprise leverages the college’s extensive faculty expertise and strong interdisciplinary focus to advance research, offer educational opportunities, and provide support to family enterprises. They offer insights by integrating relevant research deep community engagement.
