As we close another remarkable academic year at McCoy College of Business, I am filled with gratitude and pride for our vibrant community of students, alumni, donors, industry partners, faculty, and staff. Your unwavering support and engagement have propelled us to new heights, making this not just a great time, but truly a better than great time to be a Bobcat!

This year, McCoy College made its debut in the 2025 Poets & Quants for Undergrads national rankings, earning the distinction of #30 among U.S. public university business schools and #75 overall in the nation. This national recognition underscores our growing reputation as a destination for business education.

We are celebrating record-breaking student success. Our enrollment continues to rise, with a 15% increase in graduates and a 9% increase in freshman enrollment. Our students are thriving — over 92% of our 2024 graduates secured employment within three months, with many joining leading organizations, pursuing advanced degrees, or launching entrepreneurial ventures. Their achievements reflect the resilience, ambition, and preparation that define the McCoy experience.

We have expanded our academic offerings with innovative programs in Business Analytics, and new online MBA and DBA degrees, ensuring our graduates are equipped for the dynamic demands of the business world. Our academic centers — Banking and Financial Services, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Professional Sales — continue to provide transformative, hands-on learning and industry engagement.

Our commitment to research excellence is stronger than ever. Faculty are earning national recognition, publishing in top-tier journals and securing prestigious grants. This coming year, we will be welcoming our largest-ever cohort of new faculty, ensuring our students learn from exceptional educators and scholars.

Community impact remains at the heart of our mission. We are deepening connections with alumni, business partners, and friends, expanding professional development, and growing our scholarship support. Our global reach is also expanding, with new international partnerships that will provide greater opportunities for our learning community.

The stories of our students and alumni remind us daily of the power of access and excellence. At McCoy College, we are in the business of transforming lives, putting our students at the center of everything we do.
