Course Substitution Request: This is for students who would like to take a course that is not listed in their degree audit/plan. The course can be in McCoy College or a non-business course.
Course Transfer Credit From Another Institution: This option is for students requesting transfer credits from another university. Before submitting the form, please review the Requirements for Transfer Credit from the Graduate Course Catalog.
